Students who wish to include the minor in Cognitive Science and the Future of Tech must submit a "Completion of L&S Minor" form, complete and signed by the students' major advisor, to the CogSci advising office using the CogSci Signature Request Form. Our office will then add the minor to your official record once the form is complete and submitted.
